A formally trained book and paper conservator focused on bound volumes, art on paper and archival materials, Renee DeVille has become more and more drawn into the centuries old world of New Orleans real estate. Originally from River Ridge and living in Orleans Parish since 1992, she returned immediately to continue to raise her family through the recovery from the events of 2005. Her dedication to the Big Easy is measured as much by the conservation work she has performed for the city Notarial Archives, The Historic New Orleans Collection and private clients as by the numerous homes in various neighborhoods she has renovated and put back into commerce since 1998. An avid organic gardener and kitchen enthusiast, Renee relishes Louisiana's regional culinary delights, often cultivated in her own backyard and by her own hands.
